Initial Consultation – Free of charge
Following on from the initial contact a consultation will be arranged at a convenient time to suit the client. This will normally last around 2 hours and is completely free of charge within 50 miles radius – (outside 50 miles a £35.00 fee will be charged)
The consultation will allow me to assess your design requirements and a client brief will be obtained. You will be presented with examples of my work and a Fee Structure will be discussed. It will be an open consultation where budgets/needs and design suggestions will be discussed and understood, this enables me to then produce Sample Boards/Mood Boards/Window Treatments and Layout Plans (if required) should you decide to go ahead with our services.
Subsequent Meetings – charged at £45.00 per hour inc.
Design Fee -
After the initial consultation and any subsequent meetings instruction is required that the project is to go ahead. A series of Design Boards will then be created tailor-made to the clients needs. The Design Boards will indicate the source of supply of floor and wall coverings, paint materials, soft furnishings, upholstery materials and window treatment fabrics. The sourcing of furniture, lighting and accessories can also be arranged. As this is the sale of the Interior Designers ideas it comes under Intellectual Property and will remain the property of Interiors by Jeanette Holmes until the design fee is paid in full (this is normally on acceptance of Design Fee)
Design Fees start from £250 per room although the exact charge for any one commission will be subject to quotation following the initial consultation.
