Following an initial consultation, we can supply a full interior design service including bespoke curtains & blinds, wall coverings,lighting and a bespoke upholstery service. We can also offer stunning furniture solutions to suit every individual style and budget, from a single item to a fully furnished home. We deal with a wide range of trade-only suppliers and are able to supply furniture and accessories below retail price.
Including a Full After Care Service ‘We are a small team of dedicated, artistic, creative perfectionists!’ We work with small and major house builders,where our aim is to create not just a show home, but a ‘lifestyle.’
We will work closely with your brief within your budget and timescales to produce amazing results. Each show home is individually designed. We don’t do ‘off the shelf’ designs and no two homes or projects are ever the same.
We love to work with local businesses from the area that we are designing for, and you will often find that we use local produce and items sourced from local shops to add that extra ‘homely feel’ This includes local artwork and Deli produce.
Our process starts with the initial meeting, during which a guideline brief and budget is set. We take into consideration the house type/style, location and potential customer market. We will then discuss your budget and present different design ideas to suit. Following this we will produce a series of Design Mood Boards for presentation, outlining all furniture,lighting and wall covering choices for your approval.
Once the design is approved it’s all systems go! Working from scale drawings I personally manage the whole process up until the final installation and handover, including your sign-off.
This includes many site visits and constant liaising with the site/sales teams all the way through the project timeline.
Our ‘in-house’ team strive to provide exceptional quality and standards including bespoke upholstery and soft furnishings.
Using qualified trades people we aim to make the whole installation process run smoothly and efficiently, delivering a fantastic result which is more often than not ahead of schedule.
I personally offer an after-installation service which includes attending the show home launch, meeting and offering free interior design ideas to potential customers, as well as and giving on-going advice for the duration of the show home run. But we don’t just end our relationship with you once the show home is finished. We are always on hand at any time.
This service can then be offered to your customers, helping us to build up a great working relationship with a totally ‘personalised’ approach.
